Our Produce

Blending time-honored growing traditions with innovative techniques.

We love growing a wide variety of produce from staple crops like lettuce and tomatoes to more specialty produce like fennel and chioggia beets.

Our fruit and vegetables reflect the care that we put into our soil management. Preservation and enhancement of soil health are of the utmost importance to environmental sustainability, and our practices reflect that. We follow regenerative practices in order to build healthier soils over time. Healthier soils filled with life grow more nutrient-dense fruits and vegetables.

Growing Practices:

  • No chemical sprays or fertilizers

  • Crop rotation to manage pests and diseases

  • Using livestock to increase fertility and manage pests and weeds

  • Biodegradable plastic mulch for weed suppression

  • Cover cropping to prevent soil and nutrient runoff, to add organic matter to the soil, and to enhance biodiversity

  • Drip irrigation for efficient water usage

  • Organic fertilizers and manure

  • Minimal tillage to preserve soil structure and reduce runoff

  • Two high tunnels for season extension

  • Native perennials to manage stormwater

  • Seed saving of heirloom vegetable varieties

  • Seeds purchased from worker-owned companies
