Our Produce
Blending time-honored growing traditions with innovative techniques.
We love growing a wide variety of produce from staple crops like lettuce and tomatoes to more specialty produce like fennel and chioggia beets.
Our fruit and vegetables reflect the care that we put into our soil management. Preservation and enhancement of soil health are of the utmost importance to environmental sustainability, and our practices reflect that. We follow regenerative practices in order to build healthier soils over time. Healthier soils filled with life grow more nutrient-dense fruits and vegetables.
